A Best Diet Plan for Professional Swimmers
Swimming requires enough calories. A properly balanced diet with carbohydrate rich, lean proteins and low fats and fibers increase their capacity for a training or competition. The special diet plan is required for swimmers like morning snacks before training and there must be a gap of one hour between breakfast and training, a regular snack at mid-morning followed by light lunch and mid afternoon snack before training along with proper dinner and light snack prior bed time. Along with proper diet, they must drink plenty of water and fluids to combat dehydration.
